Nature of the Product
Personalized PDF crossword puzzles and bingo cards are digital products custom-made for the customer. In accordance with Section 1837(d) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, as is possible with standard goods. Any right of withdrawal under Paddle's buyer terms is lost as soon as the buyer starts downloading or using the product after having agreed, when paying, to the product being made available before the end of the withdrawal period.

Complaints
If the product has a defect (e.g., errors in the text, technical problems), the buyer may lodge a complaint by email at info@elisgrid.com. It is advisable to report the defect without undue delay after discovering it; a consumer may exercise their rights arising from defects within the statutory period (generally two years from delivery of the product). The seller will remedy defects free of charge.

Refunds
If the defect cannot be remedied, if the seller fails to remedy it within a reasonable time, or if the defect is material, the buyer is entitled to a reasonable price reduction or a refund of the price paid. Refunds are processed by Paddle as the merchant responsible for the sale.

Order Cancellation
Before payment, the order can be canceled without penalty. After payment and delivery of the product link, the order cannot be canceled without giving a reason (see point 1); this does not affect the rights arising from defects under points 2 and 3.
